• Surgically assisted maxillary expansion to correct the big discrepancy between the upper and lower jaw.
• Expansion (widening) of the upper arch to create the space needed to fit canines and correct occlusion and to avoid extraction of the upper premolars
• Correction of interincisal lines
• Enclosure of spaces in the lower arch
• Improvement of aesthetic function and mastication
• Improvement of phonation.
