Why did the patient come to the orthodontist?

The pacient wanted to improve her facial appearance, change the old dental prosthetics in her frontal area and correct her bite - on the recommendation of her dentist.

Orthodontic treatment has been achieved:

• significant improvement in facial appearance, smile and improved masticatory function by correcting occlusion (bite)
• correction of asymmetrical dental arches both vertically and transversely
• correction of mandibular laterodeviation
• dental alignment and space redistribution for implant prosthetics
• coordination of dental arches.

Orthodontic appliances used:

• muscle deprogramming splint
• fixed sapphire orthodontic appliance
• skeletal anchorage with skeletal plate and mini-implants.

Next phase:

Periodontal treatment, dental implants to replace missing molars and definitive prosthetic treatment.
