Why did the patient come to the orthodontist?

For aesthetic reasons and with a very personal plea: 'Anything but a dental implant!'

Orthodontic treatment has been achieved:

• extraction of 2 upper premolars - to address crowding in the frontal area, correct occlusion (bite) and for a harmonious facial appearance
• correction of dental arch shape and dental alignment
• surgical discovery of the partially impacted wisdom molar and bringig it onto a correct position
• replacement of missing molars by closing the postextractional spaces by mesializing (bringing forward) the molars.
